PMEye provides research, advisory, capacity building and human-led digital & AI support to donors, public institutions, non-profit organisations and responsible private-sector clients. Assignments are led by senior specialists and designed around the client's decision: what to fund, what to change, what to scale.
Most consultancies pass work down a chain. We assemble a sector team per assignment from our senior specialists and associate pool, and they stay on it from inception through validation.
That structure is why our reporting can state limitations plainly rather than smoothing them over: the people who designed the instrument are the people who analyse the data and present the findings.
Unlocking human and organisational potential by fusing field-proven expertise with sound method, digital tooling and a disciplined respect for evidence.
The assignment succeeds when the decision improves, not when the report is delivered.
Each round of work sharpens the instruments, the process and the system behind them.
Better tooling where it earns its place, not novelty for its own sake.
Findings are tested against the data before they are reported, and limitations are stated.
What we can substantiate is what we claim, in reports and in proposals.
We work where the evidence is thinnest and the need is greatest.

We do not keep a fixed bench and fit your question to it. Every assignment gets a team built from our standing units and our associate pool, matched to the sector, the country and the language of enumeration. Specialists work concurrently rather than in sequence, so design, fieldwork and analysis stay connected.
Permanent units under the Chief Executive and the Executive Director. Assignment teams are drawn from these units and from the associate pool.
Alongside the standing units we hold a pool of senior associates, engaged per assignment and matched to the sector, the country and the language of enumeration. It is how we carry depth across every service line without holding idle capacity, and why a team for a specialised question can be assembled at short notice.
For every service we offer, associates are pre-identified in the countries where we work — Pakistan, Afghanistan, Malawi, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Ghana and Jordan — so mobilisation does not wait on recruitment.
The pool works across our international working languages — English, Arabic, French and German — the regional languages of the countries we serve, including Swahili, Chichewa, Urdu and Pashto, and local languages through enumerators recruited and trained in their own communities.
Four roles are filled on every research or evaluation assignment, drawn from the standing units and the associate pool.
Technical lead for the sector in question. Owns the technical framing and the sector judgement behind the findings.
Design, sampling and analytical integrity. Accountable for whether the method can carry the conclusion.
Access, logistics and enumerator supervision. Recruits and trains the local team in the language of enumeration.
Independent check on findings before release. Tests the analysis against the data without having produced it.
On training and digital assignments the same discipline applies: a lead trainer or solution architect owns the design, and a second specialist reviews the material or the system before hand-over.
Our teams are building toward a Centre of Excellence for Project Innovation that will support partners across South Asia, Africa and beyond.
