PMEye provides research, advisory, capacity building and human-led digital & AI support to donors, public institutions, non-profit organisations and responsible private-sector clients. Assignments are led by senior specialists and designed around the client's decision: what to fund, what to change, what to scale.

Most consultancies pass work down a chain. We assemble a sector team per assignment from our senior specialists and associate pool, and they stay on it from inception through validation.

That structure is why our reporting can state limitations plainly rather than smoothing them over: the people who designed the instrument are the people who analyse the data and present the findings.

A trained engineer and certified project management professional with more than 20 years of executive leadership across Asia, Africa, the Middle East and the Caribbean.

Farooq has served as Country Director, Director of Programme Operations, Head of Programmes and senior consultant with Save the Children International, Islamic Relief Worldwide, Action Against Hunger, UNICEF, DAI, Palladium, IRC and the American Refugee Committee. He has directed multi-million-pound country portfolios, led teams of more than 100 national and international staff, and held operational command through the 2005 Pakistan earthquake, the 2010–12 and 2022 floods, Haiti's earthquake recovery, Cyclone Idai in Malawi and the 2021–22 Afghanistan crisis.

His evaluation practice pairs that operational depth with disciplined method, from UNICEF's five-country evaluation of harmful-practices programming in West and Central Africa to current Global Fund-supported malaria programme reviews in Zimbabwe and Nigeria, centred on equity, human rights and gender equality. He has delivered under USAID, FCDO, ECHO, Global Fund, Fleming Fund, UNICEF, WHO and WFP funding and accountability frameworks.

He is the author of Decode Your Destiny: Mapping the Journey to Your True Potential, available on Amazon and in leading bookstores across Pakistan, and of Nazarpanra, a collection of Pashto poetry now in its third edition.

As Country Director for Euro Charity Trust in Malawi, introduced floating clinics serving remote Lake Malawi islands and drilling rigs that cut borehole delivery from one week to six hours
Led UNICEF's five-country evaluation of FGM, child marriage and social-norms programming across Ghana, Guinea, Mali, Niger and Nigeria
Directed Save the Children's country-wide response to the 2022 Pakistan floods and the Afghanistan crisis, bridging cross-border supply chains after the fall of Kabul
Designed a solar energy programme powering 1,000 households in Balochistan, alongside WASH innovations from slow-sand filters to solar and wind pumping
Represents PMEye internationally as a Project Management Institute member, most recently at the 2024 PMI Global Summit in Los Angeles
